That number is the motion range. Obviously if the motion range is 0, the car will be bottomed out.
reducing ride height = 0 = will debate suspended = 0
reducing ride height = 0.150 (Maximum) = maximum suspension will debate
thus reducing ride height = suspension travel

Hello,
I would have a 3 way damper,
1) slow compression
2) rapid compression
3) rebound

I have random values and sorry but I can barely speak English.
We need the coordinates of the center of gravity in order to calculate the mass transfer.

I wish I could have a mathematical approach.
I decide in advance what I put in ride height and suspension harsh.
And with this system, I do not know how.
If I want a deflection of 5 cm with a total hardness of 5 000 Newton, how I made?

reduced ride height = 0 the car touches the ground
And the greater the reduction in ride height, the ride height increases
I dont understand

example XFR : hardness 100 000 Newton / m
reduced ride height : 0.100
I would have to replace travel suspension, that way I could do my settings.
If I want 10 000 Newton hardness, I would put 0.01 m debate with a hardness of 1000 K Newton / m.
With the current system I do not know how

Hello,
I dont understand the suspension settings.
The hardness express in Newton, it's ok.
But reduced ride height, it's incomprehensible.
Replaced by travel suspension, please.

i think it should be setup like this...
Open wheelers
You have a nice sponsored team with full pitcrew, all tyres changed at the same time and refuel is going on simultanuesly. Damage gets fixed at a pretty fast rate aswell.
GTR
You have the same fancy sponsored team with full pitcrew, but! due to regulations you get to change tyres 2 at a time, and refuel happens simultanuesly. Damage gets fixed pretty fast aswell.
Roadcars
You have a private team or a team with "limited" sponsorship and thus "limited" pitcrew.
Tyrechange still happens 2 at a time but its slower, refuel happens after the tyrechange and damage takes long time to fix.
Also
make it possible like you say to change only the rear tyres or the front tyres... or maybe only 1 tyre...
Or a alternative that requires a change of the entire "pitsystem" read my next post...
Great idea as
Now provided that takes into account Scawen

I also wish I could adjust the fov for each car.
The fov decreases with the speed really so it would be nice to put adjustable.

Thanks Forbin,
But I hardly see what I mean.
And I'd rather have direct information on lfs.
For now, we have the long travel suspensions and hardness, including the ride height should not be a magician to them and information would be interesting.

I'm not sure whether I'd want that, how do you mean exactly?
Do you mean as something you can alter on a sliding scale or just something that shows the ride height based on your setup? Ride height isn't usually altered by itself, rather as a result of altering other suspension settings.
just something that shows the ride height based on your setup

Here is a documentation of formule renault 2.0
http://www.julietonelli.com/te ... rmula_Renault_2.0_Web.pdf
If the right wheel goes up, it follows the red arrows.
This moves the anti roll bar (green), giving it compresses the spring.
When the spring can be compressed, it will follow the blue arrow but the suspension of the left wheel prevents.
The only movement possible is to follow the pink arrow.
Are the property's how it works?
